Custom process
Our automated manufacturing factories, professionals, large-scale production, standardized management, and strict quality control ensure that we meet your specific requirements.
We would like to get your ideas or requirements for the functional appearance of the product, then our engineers and professional designers will combine your ideas with the actual product to design a sketch for you, and then send it to you for checking.
We will carry out 3D modeling according to your finalized design and agree on the final 3D template which will be sent to your team for finalization.
After repeated and effective communication, the customer finally determines the sample design.
Once all product details are confirmed, the sample order is ready for production, all production process is transparent, you can check the progress of your samples and production details at any time. Sample order is expected to take 4-7 days.
After completing all the production steps, we will send the sample to you by DHL or FedEx after QC inspection, which is expected to take 3-6 days.
After you are sure that there is no problem with the quality of the sample and the service, we start the production of the bulk order, again, the production process is open to you, you can check the progress and details of the production at any time.
We will provide you with a variety of courier and shipping options for you to choose, or you can arrange for freight through your own shipping method, the final is based on your requirements to complete the delivery.
All the products delivered to you does not mean the end of service, we will have a specialized business to follow up your subsequent after-sale service.
